I graduated with honors from Southwest Mississippi Community College, in May 2011, with a certificate in Massage Therapy. I received my license two months later and I have been working my dream job ever since. I have always believed, that the body can provide everything it needs to heal it’s self, the key is finding a proper balance. It is not always what ailment is present, that helps pinpoint the root of the issue, but instead, to realize what factor is missing. Because no two bodies are the same, I never limit myself to one modality during a massage; rather, I try to address every client’s specific issues and concerns with a customized treatment.
My specialized certifications include Reflexology, Facial Massage with Topical Applications, and Aromatherapy. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the American Organization for Bodywork Therapies of Asia (AOBTA). I worked with the McComb, Mississippi chapter of Marathon Makeover, until it’s disbandment in 2013. For the past three years, I have been honored to volunteer my massage services to the men and women participating in the Bike MS Louisiana bike marathon, an event to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis research. I am happy to be part of the Hennington Chiropractic staff, I hope that our combined services will provide you and your family with the best care possible.

I graduated with highest honors from the SMCC Massage Therapy Program in May 2014. In June I received my license after passing my national and state examinations. Massage therapy has been a natural progression for me as I have always been interested in alternative health care. Over the last 15 years I have studied and used herbs, essential oils, whole food diets, acupuncture, reflexology, etc. I believe in Dr. Tiffany Field’s research on the power of healing touch. In today’s society we are so busy we often forget how important this is in the healing process. We need to slow down and take care of ourselves. Massage is not simply a luxury or a way to spoil ourselves; it has many health benefits in healing and prevention. My thirst for knowledge is never satisfied and I continue to seek out more information and education. We are blessed to live in a time with access to so much knowledge at the touch of our keyboard.
I offer Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, prenatal, aromatherapy, hot stones, and hydrotherapy modalities. Because every person and visit is unique, each massage is customized to that person’s needs for that moment. A combination of modalities often works better than one; therefore I do not limit the client’s results by using just one technique during a session. As a part of the Hennington Chiropractic staff, I offer services that compliment Dr. Hennington’s care. Together we hope to provide you with the best care possible.
